Mitchell Center Sponsors "Eleventh Thesis" Conference to Plan Series of Publications
A TWO-DAY CONFERENCE sponsored by the Mitchell Center, on May 24 and 25, brought scholars and practitioners together in Philadelphia for the purpose of planning a series of publications inspired by the dictum in Marx's Eleventh Thesis on Feuerbach: "Philosophers have hitherto only interpreted the world in various ways; the point is to change it."
UPDATE: Evan Taparata's Dissertation Also Wins the University of Minnesota Best Dissertation Award in the Arts and Humanities
In addition to recognition by the Immigration & Ethnic History Society, Evan has received the University of Minnesota Graduate School's 2019 Best Dissertation Award in the Arts & Humanities.
